Chicken paniyaram

Chicken paniyaram

Ingredients:

Chicken  minced          –       200 g
ginger garlic paste        –     1 tsp
turmeric                        –      1/4 tsp
eggs                               –      4
chilli powder                 –     1   tsp
salt                                 –    to taste
chopped cilantro            –    little
onion                              –    1 cup
oil                                   –  little

Method:

  • In a pan heat oil  and add onion and required salt  fry until golden brown and keep it aside.
  • Beat four eggs in a bowl and add required salt and keep it aside.
  • in the same pan add minced chicken,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,salt,chilli powder
  • after a while add  the chopped cilantro and mixed well
  •  Mix the onion and cooked chicken to the beaten egg and mix well

  • Pour with a spoon into each shell  the mixed egg chicken mixture
  • turn in two minutes to the other side using a fork
  • Cook for another two minutes and remove from the paniyaram pan
  • Serves 6
