Tomato Basil Sandwich
Tomato basil Sandwich is a very healthy sandwich that can be made in a jiffy. It is a good option for kids lunch box.

Ingredients:
Bread                  -6
Roma tomato            -1
cucumber               -1/2
Cream Cheese            -2 tbsp
Fresh Basil              -chiffonade
Eggless  Mayonnaise      -2 tbsp
Salt                    -to taste
Pepper                  -to taste
Preparation time:Â 10 min
Method:
- Cut the brown edges of the Bread.
- Spread eggless mayonnaise  on one side and arrange cucumber slices over it.
- Place another slice of bread over it and spread cream cheese over it.
- Spread basil chiffonade  over the cream cheese.
                                     
- Arrange the tomato slices and sprinkle little  salt and pepper over it .
- Cover with another slice of bread.
