In a mixing bowl, beat olive oil and jaggery together until creamy and well blended.
Then add in yogurt and mix continuously.
Put in cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, sieve wheat flour and baking powder and mix well.
Now mix this dry ingredients to the wet ingredient and mix by cut and fold method(check the video if needed)
Add approximately ½ cup of water slowly while cutting and folding
Grease your cake pan and pour in the batter to it and sprinkle chopped nuts as per your need
Preheat the oven to 190 C
Bake the cake for 40 minutes Check by pricking a tooth pick and looking if it comes clean.
Once cooled down, transfer the cake to a serving plate and enjoy!!
