Chicken Gold coin
Ingredients:
For marinating:
Chicken             -250 g
soy sauce                    -1 tsp
salt                -1 tsp
pepper              – 1 tsp
egg beaten           – 1
onion                          – 2 tbsp chopped
green chillies         –  2 chopped finely
ginger garlic paste      – 1 tsp
Others:
Bread               –  6 -8
oil                  –  for shallow frying
Method:

Marinate chicken with the above marinating ingredients and refrigerate for atleast 3 hours

Cut bread into circular coin size.

Apply the marinated chicken on one side of the bread as like in picture  below

Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying

Put the coins in it turn to the other side when the coin turns brown

Serve hot with tomato sauce
