Ingredients:
Basmathi rice – 1 cup

Beetroot -1 medium (shredded )
onion – 1 sliced
ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
pudhina – fewÂ
cilantro – fewÂ
whole garam – for temperingÂ
coriander powder – 1 tspÂ
cumin powder – 1/2 tspÂ
chilli powder – 1/2 tspÂ
Ghee – 1 tspÂ
Oil- 1tspÂ
Method:

Heat Ghee in a cooker add the whole garam.

 Add sliced onion and when it turnsgolden brown add the ginger garlic paste

After the raw smell goes off add finely shredded Beetroot &pudhina.Â

After two minutes add salt,chilli powder,coriander powder.
Â
- Fry until 3min.Â
- wash  rice and mix along with it
- Add 2 cup of water and close the cooker.
- Pressure Cook until a whistle and switch off.
- Serve with Raitha.
