Ingredients:
Eggs-4
Onion-1(finely chopped)
Tomatoes-2 medium (puree)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-2 tbsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Coconut paste 1/2 cup
Oil
Salt

Method:
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they start splutter, add curry leaves.
- Add the ginger garlic paste.After the raw smell goes off add the onion and fry till it turns golden brown
- Add tomato puree and saute them adding  salt, chilli powder,coriander power,cumin powder,pepper powder.
- Then add cocount paste and cook it for atleast 5 min .

- Add 1 cup water and cook it for 5-10 min .
- Break the eggs and and add it to the curry. close the lid and let it cook (without stir it).

Add coriander leaves and serve.
