Ingredients:

Milk                          –   1 litre
sugar                         –   1 cup
water                         –    3 cup
cardamom                 –    1 -2
lemon                        –     1

Method:

• In a pot allow milk to boil and add the lemon juice.
• allow the milk to curdle and switch off the stove.
