Chicken fried rice
Ingredients:
Basmathi Rice          – 1 1/2cup
chicken                      -150g

chopped cabbage     – 1/2 cup
chopped green beans – 1/4 cup
chopped carrots         – 1/4 cup
chopped bellpepper   – 1/4cup
Chopped onion          – 1/2 cup
egg                             -2
egg                             -2
soya sauce                  – 2 tsp
salt                             – to taste
ajinomotto                  – pinch
pepper                        – 1 tsp
oil                                – 2 tsp
springonion                – to garnish (optional)
 Method:

In a pot add 5 cups of water and cook rice with salt upto 90%

Drain the water and keep it aside.

In a pan cook chicken in little water and salt.

shred the chicken into pieces.

In a pan scramble egg with salt and pepper and keep it aside.

In a pan heat oil and add onion.

Add all the vegetables and stir well for a minute.
