Egg drop soup

 
 

 Ingredients:

Chicken Stock   – 4 cups
Egg                    – 2
springonions      – 4 tbsps
Garlic                – 1 tbsp finely chopped
Cornflour          – 1 tbsp
salt                    – to taste
pepper               – to taste
sesame oil         – 1 tbsp.

 

Method:

  • To make chicken stock at home click the below link
  • You can also buy chicken stock from stores too.
  • In  a pan heat oil and add the chopped garlic.
  • Follow it with chopped spring onions.
  • Take little stock in a bowl to mix corn flour.
 

  • Pour the remaining stock into the pan and cook until it boils.

  • When it starts boiling pour the cornflour mixture into it.

  • When it starts thickening pour the lightly beaten egg to it simultaneously stirring it .
  • switch off in a minute to serve with salt and pepper.
