Tomato curd raitha /thakkali thayir pachadi

 
 

Ingredients

Tomato               -2 chopped
Curd                   -2/3cup
Green chili         -2
Onion                 -11/2 tbsp (chopped)
Coconut              -4tsp
Mustard seeds     -1/4tsp
Hing                    -pinch
Coconut oil         -3tsp
Coriander leaves -few(chopped)
Salt                      -to taste

Method

  • Grind coconut with green chili  and keep it aside.
 
 

  • In a pan heat 2 tsp oil and stir chopped tomatoes  for 2 minutes. .
 
 
  • then tranfer into a bowl and let it cool down
  • Once it cools down add the ground paste, onion, coriander leaves  curd and salt to it.

 
 
 

  • Heat a tsp of oil in a pan and temper with mustard seed  and hing

  • Then pour into the mixture.
 
 
 

  • mix well and serve tomato curd pachadi with rice / chapathi.
