Moong dal payasam
Ingredients
moong dal          -1/2cup
jaggery               -3/4 cup
ghee                   -2tbsp
milk                   -1/2 to 1 cup boiled
cashews             -few
raisins                -few
Method
- In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee and roast the moong dal until nice aroma comes out.
- In a pot/ pressure pan add the roasted dal and cook along with little water .
- Once the dal gets cooked add jaggery to it and mix well
- In small pan add a tbsp of ghee fry the cashew and raisins.
- Add into the payasam and mix well.

- Add boiled milk and switch off stove
- Serve hot/cold
