Angel hair Pasta with garlic and herbs(Italian cuisine)

Ingredients:

Angel hair pasta           -200 g
Garlic                           – 6-7
cilantro                         -4 tbsp. finely chopped
dill leaves                     -6 sprigs
shredded paramesan     -1/4 -1/2 cup
dried basil leaves          -1 tsp
salt                                -to taste
pepper                           -2 tsp
olive oil                         -2 tsp

Method:

• In a pot boil water  and cook pasta like in instructions in the box with salt and oil.

• 
  Drain the pasta and wash in cold water

• In a pan heat oil and finely chopped garlic and fry until crisp

• add the finely chopped  herbs.

• Toss it with pasta along with pepper and shredded paramesan cheese.

• 
  Serve hot
