Tangy Chicken Legs
Ingredients:
For marinade:
chili powder                       -1/2 tsp
coriander powder               -1 tsp
garam masala                     -1/4 tsp
salt                                      -to taste
oil                                       – 2 tsp
For grinding:
tomato                                  -2
chili powder                        -1/2 tsp
coriander powder                -1 tsp
garam masala                       -1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste                -11/2 tsp
Method:

Marinate chicken with the ingredients for marinade for 1 hour.

In a blender grind the ingredients for grinding into a smooth paste.

In a pan heat oil and add the ground paste.

Cook for 3 minutes.

now add the marinated chicken to it.

Keep turning once in a while to coat the chicken with the masala .sprinkle water if necessary.

Cook until the chicken is well done.

Serve as an appetizer.
