Broccoli Poriyal
 Ingredients:
Broccoli                 – 1 bunch
onion                    -1/2 finely chopped
mustard seeds       -1/4 tsp
urad dhal              -1/4 tsp
cumin seeds         -1/4 tsp
curry leaves         -few
ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
shredded coconut  -1 tbsp
salt                        -to taste
chilli powder        -3/4 tsp
oil                         -1 tsp
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and allow mustard seeds to splutter.
- Temper with urad dhal, cumin seeds, curry leaves.
- Fry little ginger garlic paste and after the raw flavor goes off add the onions.
- Add the clean and cut broccoli .
- Add desired salt
and chilli powder, stir well and a cup of water and cover it with a lid.
                                Â
- cook until the broccoli is well done .
- Garnish with shredded coconut and cook for a minute.
- Serve as a side with Rice
