Chicken Chilli Roast
Ingredients:
For marinating:
Boneless chickenbreasts – 500 g
salt                                 – to taste
chilli powder                 – 2 tsp
chilli vinegar                 – 1 tsp
For grinding:
Onion                  -1/2
ginger          -2inch
garlic  cloves    -4
green chillies    -1or 2
For sauce:
Onion               – 1 finely chopped
tomato               – 1 finely chopped
salt                     – to taste
oil                      – to fry
Method:
- marinade chicken with the ingredients for marinating for atleast an hour.
- Â Fry the chicken until it turns golden and remove and keep it aside.
- Grind the ingredients given for grinding into a paste.
- Â In a same pan heat the oil and add the finely chopped onions.
- Â add the ground paste .
- cook until the raw flavor goes off.
- Follow it with tomatoes and desired salt.
- cook until it becomes mushy
- Add fried chicken.
- Stir well to coat the chickenwith the sauce
- Garnish with cilantro or spring oinion
- Serve as an appetizer or side to any main course.
