Our first Blog Annivesary  dessert treat..

Macroons

Ingredients :

• In a mixing bowl remove the egg whites from 4 eggs carefully  without a trace of egg yolk.

• Beat it until  the egg whites become foamy.to check the  right consistency  when you turn the bowl down the beaten egg whites should not spill down.

• 
  

• Now slowly add in the sugar  to it and simultaneously beating it.

• put the grated cashews into it and gently mix it.
• Place baking sheet in baking tray and pour the batter in cone shape or like in picture.

• Preheat the oven at 350 f.

• Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes .

• Serve this wonderful dessert
