Crab/nandu poriyal
Ingredients:
cooked crab meat        -1 cup
onion                 -1/2 finely chopped
egg                  -1
curry leaves            -few
mustard seeds          -1/2 tsp
cumin seeds            -1/2 tsp
urad dal/split black gram   -1/2 tsp
green chili             -3-5
salt                  -to taste
turmeric               -pinch
turmeric               -pinch
oil                   – 2 tsp
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and allow mustard seeds to splutter.
- And temper with cumin seeds, urad dhal/split black gram ,curry leaves , turmeric , green chilies.
- Add the onion and fry until transparent.
- now add the crab meat and stir well .
- Add the egg and adequate salt and cook for 3-5 minutes until the egg coats the crab meat.
- Serve as a side Rice and Rasam/curries.
