Basil walnut pesto
Ingredients:
basil leaves     – 4 oz
walnut         -1 cup
parmesan cheese -1 cup
olive oil        -1 cup
garlic cloves     -4-5
Method:
- In a pan slightly toast the walnuts.
- Blend walnuts and parmesan cheese in a food processor for a few seconds.
- Add the basil leaves and garlic cloves and blend it  by slowly adding the olive oil
- Blend until smooth.
- You can use this pesto sauce in various pastas, sandwiches, pizzas.
- This makes approximately 2 cups of pesto sauce.
