Pesto Penne Pasta

Ingredients

wheat penne pasta              -3 cup
salt                                     -to taste
olive oil                              -1-2 tsp
basil walnut pesto              -3/4 cup
shredded parmesan cheese-to garnish

Method:

• Basil walnut Pesto
• In a pot boil water and cook penne pasta as per instructions in the pasta box.

• take a cup of pasta cooked water and dilute it with a cup of basil walnut pesto.

• toss  the cooked & drained penne  pasta with the pesto sauce and add required salt and pepper to it.

• Garnish with shredded parmesan cheese.
