Chocolate mousse

Chocolate mousse is a  delicious delightful dessert that can be made with just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients

Ricotta cheese          – 15 oz
Semi sweet chocolate- 4 oz
Confectioners sugar   -2 tbsp


Preparation time:5 min

Waiting time      :4 hrs

Method:

  • Microwave semi sweet chocolate  in a microwave safe bowl until melted without  lumps.


  • Blend ricotta cheese,melted chocolate and confectioners sugar until smooth and well blend.


  • Pour into the desired dessert bowls (garnished with meted chocolate)and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Serves:  6
