Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Chicken wings (8-10 pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, lime juice, and salt. Add the chicken wings and coat them evenly in the masala.
  2. Refrigerate the chicken wings for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your oven to 230°C (446°F). Lightly oil a baking tray or line it with a baking sheet.
  4. Place the marinated chicken wings on the baking tray and bake for 45-60 minutes. After 25 minutes, flip the chicken wings for even cooking.
  5. The chicken is done when it’s golden brown and crispy. Enjoy it as is or with mayo on the side.
