Ingredients:
½ cup cardamom pods
2 tbsp ginger powder
2 tbsp cinnamon

1 cup milk

Instructions:
Make the Tea Masala Powder:
In a mixer, grind the cardamom pods, ginger powder, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, and peppercorns together until you achieve a very fine powder consistency.
Steep the Tea:
In a saucepan, combine one cup of water and one cup of milk.
Add ½ teaspoon of the homemade tea masala powder and 2 teaspoons of black tea (or your preferred tea) to the pot.
Stir well to ensure everything is well mixed.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Once it reaches a boil, switch off the heat and cover the saucepan.
Let the tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes, allowing the flavors to develop.
Strain and Serve:
Carefully filter the tea into a teapot to remove any residue.
Add sugar to taste and stir until it is dissolved.
