Bombay meal rice
Ingredients:
Basmathi rice                       –      1 cup
Yellow moong dal               –       1/4 cup
carrot                                    –       1 cup diced
peas                                      –         3/4 cup
onion sliced                          –        3/4 cup
tomato sliced                         –        1/2 cup
ginger                                     –         1 tbsp chopped
green chillies                          –        4
cinnamon stick                        –       1 inch
coconut milk                           –         1 cup
salt                                           –        to taste
water                                         –        2 cups
cilantro                                     –        to garnish
butter                                         –        1 tbsp
Method:

In a cooker heat butter and add the cinnamon stick and chopped ginger

Fry green chillies and onion until its transparent

Now add carrots,peas and tomato with desired salt .

Simultaneously wash rice and moong dhal well
-
add both to the cooker and after 2 minutes add 1 cup of coconut milk,2 cups of water

Now close the cooker and pressure cook for one whistle

Open the cooker and garnish with chopped cilantro

Serve with coriander chutney or any raitha
