Springonion Shrimp semigravy

Ingredients:

Prawns           – 300 g
oil                      – to fry
Garlic                –  1 tbsp finely chopped
red chillies         –  2
spring onions     –    1 bunch
tomato ketchup  –   2 tbsp
soyasauce           –   1 tsp
cornflour            –   1/2 tsp

For marinating:



eggs – 2
salt – to taste
hot sauce – 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
pepper – 1/2 tsp
soy sauce – 1 tbsp
corn flour – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Beat eggs with whisker and mix the remaining ingredients for marination together
  • Add prawns to it and marinate overnight in a refrigerator
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimps until it turns golden
  • remove and keep it aside
  • In a kadai heat oil add garlic and red chillies
  • add the chopped onions of spring onions bunch
  • after a while fry  the remaining chopped springonion greens

  • Add  1  tsp  of soy sauce and tomato ketchup to it and stir well
  • Add 1 cup of water and 1/2 tsp of cornflour when the water boils
  • Then put all fried shrimps and stir well
  • Serve with Fried rice or any flat bread
