Navadhania Dosai

Ingredients:

Navadhaniyam         –      2 cups
ginger                       –      1 inch
green chillies            –       2
salt                            –        to taste
hing                           –       1/4 tsp
cumin seeds               –      1 tsp

Method:

  • Soak nava dhaniyam in a large bowl  for atleast 5 hours
  • Blend in a mixer along with green chillies,hing,ginger
  • add salt and allow to ferment overnight
  • Now add cumin seeds and mix well adding desired water to bring dosa batter consistency
  • In a nonstick pan heat add pour dosa batter and spread evenly with a spatula
  • cook on both sides adding little oil.
  • Serve the protien rich dosa with chutney
