Tissue paper flower 

Materials

Tissue paper -4 (upto you)
Pipe cleaner-1
Scissors

Cut tissue paper into rectangles of desired size.

Stack around 4 pieces of tissue paper. Use the same color or different colors.

Fold the paper in a  accordion style creasing each fold. Each fold should be about 1/2 inch wide.

Tie with pipe cleaner around the middle of the  tissue paper.

Cut the ends of the folded paper into half circle.(like triangle). Experiment with different you make more flowers.

Separate layers, pulling away from center one at a time. Repeat with the other side of the folded paper.

 
 Lightly scrunch the tissue paper in your hand, fluffing it until you achieve a full, flower shape.
