Madurai mutton kari dosai ( kari dosai)



 

Ingredients:

Kothu Mutton masala   –  As in the link
Egg                                –  5
idli podi                         –   to sprinkle on each dosa
cilantro                          – to sprinkle
Dosa batter                    – to make dosa


Method:

  •  In a Tumbler take a egg and beat it finely
  • Add a scoop  of mutton kothu masala and mix well.
  • Pour dosa batter on dosa Tawa and spread it into a circle.
  • Now pour the beaten mixture  and spread on dosa
  • 
    
    Sprinkle the idli podi and cilantro liberally over it
  • Fold it into a cone shape and rub oil and turn after a minute or two
  • Cook the other side for a minute and serve with coconut chutney
  • It tastes great when eaten plain too.
