Kodi Vepudu
Ingredients
Chicken                     -1/4 kg
Onion                         -1 medium
Cashew nuts              -10
Whole garam masala
Ginger garlic paste    Â
(or crushed)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â – 1 tbsp
tomato                         -1 tbsp(finely chopped )
Chilli powder             -1/2 tsp
Coriander                   -1/2 tsp
Garam powder           -1/4 tsp
Oil                              – 1 to 2 tbsp
Salt                              – to taste
MethodÂ
- In a kadai heat oil and add whole garam .
- Add cashew nuts and onion and cook for  2 min.
- Add ginger garlic paste (or crushed) and fry until the raw smell goes off
- Now add the finely chopped tomatoes stir 2 -3 min then sprinkle little water.
- After it gets mashed add the chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala and salt.
- Cook until oil oozes out.
- Add the cleaned chicken to it and fry well.
- After it mixes add 1/4 cup of water and cover it with the lid.
- Cook until chicken is well cooked and oil oozes out.  Â
