Poori
Ingredients:
all purpose flour/maida – 2 cups
Water                             – 3/4 cup
salt                                 – as needed
oil                                  –   to deep fry

Method:
-
mix maida and salt well with the hands

slowly add water to it and simultaneously knead it into a stiff and soft dough.

Cover it and keep it aside for 10 – 15 minutes

Now divide the dough into equal sized balls(a small lemon size)

Roll it into a even circle shapes

heat oil in pan for deep frying

Once the oil is hot gently drop a circle and when the oil sizzles gently press the circle with a spatula at the centre.

The circle expands up and now turn the poori to other side fry it for a while and take it out draining the oil.

Repeat the process for all the balls

Serve with Channa masala or potato masala
