Mushroom Pakoda

 
 

Ingredients:

Mushroom                      –   350 g
all purpose flour             –    1 cup
corn flour                       –     1 tbsp
egg                                 –     1
chilli garlic sauce           –     1 tbsp
soy sauce                       –      1 tsp
salt                                 –      to taste
Pepper                            –      1 tsp
 

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients with the handstogether with 3/4 cup of water (add more or less if needed)into a smooth batter
 
 
  • Wash the mushrooms and pat dry it
  • Heat oil in a kadai for frying
  • Dip mushroom into the batter so as to coat on all sides 
 
  • deep fry in oil until golden
  •  

     
Serve hot  the yummy mushroom pakoda
