Potato masala /Poori masala
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes    – 4
onion                    – 1 large sliced
green chillies        –  6-8
curry leaves         –  few
salt                      –  to taste
Pepper                  – 1 tsp
hing                     – 1 pinch
turmeric              –  1/4 tsp
oil                        –   1 tbsp
mustard seeds     –   1 tsp
urad dhal             –   1 tsp
chana dhal           –   1 tbsp
cumin seeds         –   1/2 tsp
Method:
- Peel the skin of the boiled potatoes and keep it aside
- In a pan heat oil add temper with mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dhal,chana dhal and curry leaves
- Add hing,slitted green chillies,turmeric to it
- Now add the sliced onions and fry until it turns transparent
- Take potato one by one in hand squeezing it to fall into pieces into the pan
- Add salt as needed pepper and stir well
- After a minute add 11/2 cup of water and cover it with a lid
- Cook until the water dries and sprinkle cilantro on the top
