Tandoori fish(Red Snapper)

Ingredients:
Fish (Whole)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â –Â 2 ,1 lb together
oil                                –  to brush
salt                                 – to taste
yogurt                           – 3- 4 tbsp
GingerGarlicpaste          – 3 tbsp
kashmiri chilli powder    –  3tbsp
(for the natural red colour kashmiri chilli powder is used otherwise
 you can substitute normal chilli powder and red food colour)
Coriander powder            –  1 tbsp
cumin powder                   – 1 tsp
garam masala powder       – 1 tsp
Dry coconut powder        –  1 tsp (optional)
Kasoori methi                   –   1/2 tsp
turmeric                           –   1/4 tsp
Lemon juice                     – to garnish

Method:

Mix all ingredients except Fish,oil & lemon juice into a fine paste

Wash and clean the fish thoroughly and slit on both sides using a shrp knife for the marination to penetrate through the fish

Apply the marination thoroughly on the fish and allow it marinate for atleast 3 hours

Preheat the oven to 300 f .Brush oil on both sides of the fish.

Place on a tray spraying a non stick spray on it

Cook for 20 minutes or more if necessary and broil for 5 minutes

Sprinkle lemon juice over it
