Okra and peanuts fry (vendakkai and verkadalai fry)
Ingredients
Okra (Vendakkai)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â -1/2 kg
Peanunts                           -2 to3 tbsp
Cashew nuts                     -3 to 4
Mustard                             -1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds                     -1/4 tsp
Curryleaves                       – few
Coconut powder               – 1 tbsp
Oil                                    – 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt                                    – to taste
For roast and grind
red chilli          -2
cumin            -1/4 tsp
uradal             -1/4 tsp
chanadal         -1/4tsp

Method:

Dry roast the ingredients given for roast&grind until nice aroma comes out and grind it into a fine powder
- Heat 2 to 3 tablespoon oil in a pan and
temper with mustard seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves. - Add the crushed garlic and peauts aa
- Add chopped okra and cook it until it is almost done.
- Add salt and ground masala powder mix well.
- After few minutes add coconut powder and stir to blend well.
- Serve with rice.Â
