Chicken pakoda
Ingredients
Table 1
chicken                         – 1/2 kg
chilli powder                -1/2 tsp
cumin powder              -1/2 tsp
Garam masala              -1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds                -1/2 tsp
pepper                          -pinch
crushed ginger &garlic-1 tbsp
onion                           -1/2 or 1 medium
curry leaves                 -few
lemon juice                  -1/2 tsp
salt                               – to taste

Besan flour         – 1/2 cup
rice flour             -2 to 3 tbsp
oil                        -for frying
Method
Mix all table1 ingredients with lemon juice and marinade for atleast 1 hour.
After an  hour mix the table 2 ingredients to it
Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
crispy chiken pakoda is Ready to serve.
