Chicken wings (BBQ sauce)
Ingredients
Chicken wings                      – 5

All purpose flour                  -3/4 cup
Egg                                        -1
Chilli powder                         -1/4 tsp
Kashmir chilli powder           -1/2 tsp
Pepper powder                      -1/4 tsp
Garlic powder                       -1/4 tsp
Oil                                         -for deep fry
Salt                                         – to taste

BBQ sauce                            -2 to 3 tbsp

Method:
- Chop the chicken into small cubes and sprinkle little salt .
- Lightly beat an egg in a bowl.
- In another bowl or plate or Zipper cover mix together the flour,salt, pepper,chilli powder.
- Rub the chicken cubes into the flour mixture until they are coated on all sides.
- Then drop them into the egg.do not soak it for long time just take it in few seconds
- Again put the chicken into the flour mixture coating on all sides.
- Put the coated pieces on a plate.
- Heat oil in kadai or pan on medium heat .

- Fry the chicken for several minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the chicken on a tray , brush with oil and put it in oven and cook for about  10 to 15 minutes.
- Take a BBQ sauce mix in a bowl and coat it thoroughly over the chicken wings.
Ready to serve.
