Ingredients
Samo seeds          -1 cup
Onion                  -1 medium
Tomato                -1/2
Green chillies       -3
Ginger                -1/2 inch
Mustard seeds     -1/2 tbsp
Chana dal           -1 tbsp
Curry leaves      -few
Ghee                   -1 tbsp
Oil –Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â -1 tbsp
Salt                     -to taste
cilantro                – to garnish

Method:
- Heat one tbsp ghee and one tbsp oil in a pressure pan and temper with mustard
seeds,chanadal dhal and curry leaves. - Follow it by adding chopped onions,chopped
greenchillies and ginger.
- Fry until the oil turns transparent and add
the sliced tomatoes.
- After 2 minutes add desired salt and
2 1/2 cup of water .
- once the water starts boiling add a cup of samo seeds and pressure cook for two whistle.

opening and mix well.
