Crab curry
Ingredients:
Crab (precooked)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â –Â 1 kg
small onion                –   400 g
tomato                       – 2
ginger garlic paste     – 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt                           – to taste
chilli powder             – 1 tsp
coriander powder     – 11/2 tsp
cumin powder           – 11/2 tsp
turmeric                    – 1/4 tsp  Â
turmeric                    – 1/4 tsp  Â
Pepper powder         – 1/2 tbsp
fennel seeds             -1/2 tsp
curry leaves             – few
cilantro                    – to garnish
Sesame oil               – 2 -3 tbsp

Method:

 In a pot boil the cleaned crab in water and salt until it is well cooked (if you dont get a precooked crab)

In a pressure cooker heat oil and temper with fennel seeds.

Add the finely chopped onions to it .

Once it turns tansparent add the curryleaves

Then fry gingergarlic paste and turmeric untilt the raw flavour goes off.
