Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
For Marinade
Boneless Chicken -1 kg( cut into small cubes)
Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Yogurt – 3tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste- 1tbsp
Food color(red) -pinch
Oil – 4tbsp
Salt -to taste
Onion -1 ( cut like cube)
Color Pepper -1
Tomato -1(without seeds)


Other ingredients
Chop sticks -8 to 10
Oven Tray
Method
- Take a big bowl and marinate the chicken with all ingredients listed above and refrigerate for minimum of 2 hours

- Mix the remaining masala with onion,tomato and bell pepper

- Take the Chop sticksand put it into the water and keepsoaked for 10 minutes.

- Take a stick and insert a piece of chicken ,1 cubed onion ,1 cubed pepper, and one tomato cube and repeat the same pattern….in each stick and keep it in the tray.

- Preheat the oven at 375 degree and bake for 20 to 25 minutes turning in between

- Serve as an appetizer
