Cauliflower masala dosai
 Ingredients:
Dosa batter             – 1 cup
cauliflower masala – 1 cup
ghee/oil                    – 3-4 tsp
Method:
- In a tawa spread a scoop of dosa batter into nice round circle.
- Drizzle a tsp of ghee/oil on it.
- When it starts turning golden spread a scoop of cauliflower masala at the center.

- After a while slowly fold the dosa from one side as in pic.
- Now fold the other side as in pic.
- Remove from tawa and Serve with chutney.
