cauliflower pakoda
Ingredients:
cauliflower                   -1
Besan flour                   – 1/2 cup
rice flour                       -1 tbsp
corn flour                      -1tsp
chilli powder                -1/2 tsp
cumin powder              -1/4 tsp
Garam masala              -1/4 tsp
Fennel powder               -1/4 tsp
crushed ginger &garlic-1 tbsp
onion                           -1/2 or 1 medium
curry leaves                 -few
coriander leaves          -few
salt                               – to taste
oil                                -for frying

MethodÂ
- Cut the cauliflower in small pieces and  put into the boiled water and add salt.blanch for few minutes and remove it.
- Mix all ingredients together with the cauliflower
- Deep fry in a in  hot oil until crispy.
- crispy cauliflower pakoda is Ready to serve.
