Fish cutlet/Fish patties

Ingredients:
Fish                      – 200g
Potato                   – 200g
salt                        – to taste
chilli powder        – 1 tsp
fennel powder      – 1/4 tsp
garam masala        -1/4 tsp
pepper powder      -2 tsp
gingergarlicpaste  -1 tsp
egg white             -1
bread crumbs       – as needed.

oil                         – to shallow fry

Method:
-
Boil the potato in a cooker/pot until well cooked.

Place fish in a pot and steam cook in pressure cooker for a whistle.

Mince the fish piece with the hands removing the bones .

Peel and mash the potato well with masher/spatula

Take egg white Seperately.
