Mutton kofta/Mutton kola
Ingredients:
Mutton keema                      – 1 kg
ginger garlic paste                –  2 tbsp
fennel powder                      – 1 tsp
chilli powder                        – 2 -21/2 tsp
onion                                    – 1finely chopped
garam masala                        – 1 tsp
turmeric                                – 1/4 tsp
salt                                       – to taste
shredded coconut dry          -1/2 cup
roasted chanadhal powder   -1/4 cup
egg                                       -3-4
cilantro                                 -few
oil                                         -to deep fry
Method:
- In a kadai add muttonkeema ,gingergarlicpaste,turmeric,garam masala,fennel powder,salt,chilli powderand finely chopped onions  and cook it until well done and left with no moisture(no moisture is more important aoherwise the kofta will break).
- Allow it to cool and blend it in a mixture.
- Now add shredded coconut,roasted chanadhal powder,chopped cilantro and mix well.
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Add it to the mutton and mix thorougly and make koftas/balls
- Heat oil for deep frying and fry the koftas in batches until it turns golden.
- Serve as a appetizer.
