Spinach                                – 11/2 cup finely chopped
Artichoke hearts                    – 4-5 finely chopped
cream cheese                        – 8 oz
sour cream                             -1/2 cupÂ
shredded parmesan cheese    -1/2 cup
salt                                        -to taste
Red chilli flakes                   -1 tsp
garlic powder                       -1/4 tsp
