Aatu kaal paaya/goat leg paaya
Ingredients:
aatu kaal/goat leg  – 750 g
ginger                    – 1 inch
 onion                    – 1 finely chopped
tomato                    –  2 finely chopped
ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
curry leaves           –  few
coriander powder    – 1 tbsp
cumin powder         – 1/2 tbsp
pepper powder        -11/2 tsp
Chilli powder          – 2 tsp
salt                           – to taste
turmeric                 -1/4 tsp
cilantro                    -few
Method:

 In a pressure cooker cook goat legs/aatu kaal along with crushed ginger,salt,turmeric,chilli powder along with 21/2-3 cups of water upto 45 minutes on medium/until well done.

In a kadai heat sesame oil and add onion and curry leaves.

Once it turns transparent add the ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw flavor goes off.
