White Sauce
Ingredients:
milk                              -1 cup
unsalted butter              -1tbsp
all purpose flour/maida -1tbsp
Method:
- In a pan heat butter .
- when the butter melts immediately start adding flour to it stirring continuously.(without forming lumps)
- Once the flour is added with no lumps immediately add the milk slowly stirring continuously.
- Cook until the sauce thickens to the right consistency.
- This can be used to enhance the flavor of various dishes.
