Tofu Bhurji
Ingredients:
Extra firm tofu         – 350 g
onion                        – 1 medium finely chopped
tomato                      – 2 small finely chopped
bell pepper                – 1/2 chopped
gingergarlic paste     – 1 tsp
coriander powder    – 11/2 tsp
garam masala          – 1/2 tsp
turmeric                   -1/4 tsp
salt                           – to taste
cumin seeds             – 1/2 tsp
green chillies           – 3-4
oil                             – 2 tsp
 Method:

Drain the tofu , crumble it and keep it aside.

In a pan heat oil and allow cumin seeds to crackle.

Add the onion and chopped green chillies.

Once it turns transparent add ginger garlic paste,turmeric, and fry until the raw flavor goes off.

Now add the chopped bell pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.
