Alfredo sauce

Ingredients:

Butter                      -1/2 cup
cream cheese           -8 0z
Parmesean cheese   -6 oz
garlic                       -2tsp
milk                        -2cups
salt                          -to taste
pepper                     -to taste

Method:

• In a pan melt butter and add finely chopped garlic cloves to it.

• When the garlic raw flavor goes off add the cream cheese and whisk it continuously until soft.

• Now add milk  slowly simultaneously whisking it.

• when the milk blends add the parmesan cheese

• Cook until the sauce thickens and add desired salt and pepper to it.

• This sauce can be used in pastas and over grilled meats
• You can refrigerate it up to a  week.
