Palak Paneer
 Ingredients:
Palak                      – 11/2 cup finely chopped
Paneer                     -150 g
onion                      -1
tomato                     -2 small
ginger                     -1 clove size
garlic                      – 1 clove
cumin powder        -1 tsp
garam masala         -1/2 tsp
chilli powder          -11/2 tsp
cumin seeds             -1/2 tsp
heavy cream            -1/4 cup
heavy cream            -1/4 cup
salt                            -to taste
Method:

 In a pan heat oil and fry cubed onions until well transparent.

Add the chopped tomato ,ginger and garlic and mix well.

.Add the chopped palak and fry for a minute.

Put salt ,chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala and fry until well cooked.

Allow the mixture to cool and blend it into a fine paste.
