Mor Kuzhambu
Ingredients
Curd       -1 cup
salt          -to taste
Soak and grind
Chanadal           -1 tsp
Toor dal            -1tsp
Coriander seeds -1tsp
Cumin seeds     -1/4tsp
Green chili        -2
Red chili           -1
Coconut powder-3 tbsp
For tempering
Oil                 -1tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad dal         -1/4 tsp
Red chili       -1
Curry leaves – few
Hing             -2 pinch
Method
- Soak all the ingredients in soak and grind for minimum 1/2 hour to 1 hour and make a paste.
- Take a cup of curd into the blender and add some water. Blend it for a few seconds to make butter milk and transfer into the pan.
- Then add ground paste into the butter milk.
- Heat the butter milk until hot ( do not boil).
- Take a small pan and heat the oil and add mustard seeds ,Urad dal Red Chili, hing and curry leaves.
- Transfer the tempering into the butter milk.
- Serve with rice.
