Dill Dhal
Ingredients:
moong dhal          -1/4 cup
dill leaves             -1 bunch
tomato                  -1
ginger                   – 1/2 tsp finely chopped
green chillies        -2
hing                       -pinch
turmeric                -pinch
cumin seeds          -1 tsp
oil                          -2 tsp
salt                         -to taste
Method:

Remove dill leaves from the thicker stems
In a pressure cooker and chopped ginger and hing - Add desired water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Once the pressure goes off open add required salt (and water if needed)

Add the tempering to the dhal and Serve with Rice/chapathi
